Our Procurement and Construction Management team excels at taking high voltage electricity transmission, interconnection, and generation projects from late development through construction and handing over into operations. The team has the experience of working alongside development teams to ensure that projects are effectively transitioned from development into construction.

By engaging early in the procurement process, our team are able to identify, understand and appropriately mitigate risks, which can manifest themselves during the construction process, whether commercially or technically. We have an in-house expertise in execution and delivery of projects covering everything from contract and cost management, to HSE regulations, to governance development and implementation, to day-to-day project delivery on site.

As part of the NGESO Pathfinder 2 initiative, Transmission Investment is currently overseeing the execution of the Blackhillock Reserve Power; a project consisting of the supply and installation of eight RS Lite synchronous compensator machines, four 15kV/400kV transformers, and civil engineering works.

Furthermore, Transmission Investment has procured a marine survey contract for our LirIC interconnector project and are actively working on the CATO initiative.
